Under the Quarantine act, tourists arriving in the British Virgin Islands must quarantine for 4 full days at an approved accomodation that must be Gold Seal Certified.
In order to ensure your safety during your stay in our facility, and to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 we need your full co-operation and ask you to follow the instructions below:



  1. After being tested upon arrival at Terrence B Lettsome airport or the Ferry Port and arriving at the Resort, you are required to stay inside your room until the result is received. The expected turnaround time is 18-24 hours.
  2. Upon arrival at the Resort, we will ask you to sanitize your hands, will assist you to disinfect your luggage and then you will be directed to your room where you will do a self check-in.
  3. The registration form will already be placed inside of the room, you will fill out, sign, take a picture and send to us via WhatsApp including a picture of your passport with the biographical data.
  4. During the time waiting for your test result done at the Port of Entry, we will provide room service for all meals.
  5. You are ONLY allowed to come out of your room up to the patio for this period of time.
  6. Our Resort is equipped with 24/7 security to ensure your safety. Security will call on you from time to time to ensure that you remain in place. We ask for your cooperation during this process.
  7. Upon receipt of your negative result and for the following 4 days you will be allowed movement to your patio and the beach ONLY. We will continue to provide room service for all your meals
  8. On the 4th day you will be required to take another COVID-19 PCR test and again that result is expected to take 18-24 hours to be released, while waiting for the result you can continue to enjoy our fantastic beach ONLY.
  9. If your last COVID-19 test is negative, you will be free to roam around the British Virgin Islands and enjoy the rest of your vacation.
  10. Cleaning services for your room will NOT be performed during the quarantine period. Fresh towels are available on request.
  11. A positive test at any stage upon arrival will require a total of fourteen (14) days quarantine. In compliance with the Quarantine Act, the Resort has isolated rooms available for such purpose. Further direction will be guided from the Department of Health.
  12. At all times, it is mandatory to wear a mask while wondering around the Resort. Social distancing is required in all public areas, including the restaurant and bar, the swimming pool and the club house. Numerous sanitization stations are present throughout the Resort.
  13. Masks can be removed while sitting at the bar or restaurant, lying on the beach or at the pool.
  14. Temperature checks will be conducted daily for all guests and employees.
